Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout based on your location
Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days after processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
